Order fulfilment and delivery:

To fulfil your orders, we use a trusted Courier service to supply your orders.=.

They only receive the information that is relevant to dispatching your order. This information is not stored by them and is only used to fulfil your order. All information is kept on a secure server. Any issues relating to the order including queries, deliveries, stocking issues, picking, packing are all managed by BIMS FOODS.

We will liaise with Courier service company to address any of these issues to ensure a smooth delivery of services to you.
