   The History of Bims African Foods , goes back to 1998, when Mrs Bola Amole started selling food on a small stall in a big shopping complex, buying from  suppliers and selling on her stand in Agora Market.
   Worked tirelessly shuffling a night job as a hospital nurse. Mrs  Bola Amole worked with honesty and passion for decades. The last decade years her children have led the business and expand to new markets. 
Bims African Foods was established in 1998, with the focus of exporting Agriculture and horticulture products around the world. 
Today, BIMS has earned the distinction of being one of the oldest establishments in African Foods in United Kingdom having being in the industry for more than a decade and continue to uphold our tradition and core values.
